I'm a freelance photographer based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. I enjoy practicing digital photography specifically portraits, high profile events and photo-journalism.
My style of portrait photography is primarily on location, in a setting that complements the personality of the subject.
My photo journalism work has been published by The Edmonton Journal, The Globe and Mail and the Canadian Press among others. I've also worked with several broadcasters including CTV, Global and CBC.
As I've grown and developed my photography skills, photo journalism has emerged as a strong passion for me. I strive to go above and beyond to get the facts and capture the images that tell the story and provide context to the audience.
I primarily cover assignments and stories in the Alberta Peace Region. I endeavor to use all sources available to me along with social media in order to capture stories that matter to viewers, whether it be accidents, fires, crimes or human interest stories.
